As many of my friends know, shopping is not my thing. Once in a blue moon, I'll actually be in the mood or I'll go with some friends but the digging through clothes, waiting in line for the fitting room, waiting to pay for the clothes...not my favorite activity. The one good thing about this is that I save a lot of money! My husband actually gets happy when I buy something and usually has to bribe me with promises of delicious food to get me to step into a mall.
However, the one kind of shopping that I can always do is shopping for baking/decorating tools supplies. About a month ago, I went to my first Wilton Tent Sale and it was crazy. It was super hot and really crowded but I was determined to get lots of great goodies (the hubby was a trooper as well...did a great job manuvering the cart through all the people). Below are all the awesome things that I snatched up such as pretty baking cups, cake tiers, cake toppers, sprinkles, etc. At 50% off, I couldn't resist.
And the pièce de résistance was this awesome tiered cake/cupcake stand. It can hold up to 6 tiers but you can also customize for less, plus it has spaces in between so you can put flowers, etc.
I haven't had as much time to play around with all these fun goodies but I'm looking forward to it when I get the chance!
